Michael W. Nimtsch Chief Financial Officer IFCO SYSTEMS N.V.

Dr. Michael W. Nimtsch Ekim 2000’de Şirketin Baş Finans Sorumlusu oldu 1 Nisan 2008'den 25 Mayıs 2011 tarihine kadar Murahhas Üyeler Kurulu üyeliği yaptı. Tek kademeli kurul yapısına geçilmesiyle birlikte, Dr. Nimtsch 26 Mayıs 2011 tarihi itibariyle Yönetim Kurulu icra üyesi ve Baş Finans Sorumlusu olarak atandı. Dr. Nimtsch aynı zamanda Eylül 2008’de IFCO SYSTEMS GmbH ve IFCO SYSTEMS Management GmbH’nin Murahhas Üyesi oldu. Kendisi ayrıca Şirketin iştiraklerinde Murahhas Üye ve Denetim Kurulu üyesi olarak görev almaktadır. Şirkete katılmadan önce, Dr. Nimtsch, bir elektrik altyapısı malzemeleri sağlayıcısı olan Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH’nin Baş Finans Sorumlusu olarak görev aldı ve finans, satın alma, yurtdışı iştirakler, perakende ve insan kaynaklarının sorumluluğunu üstlendi. Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH’ye katılmadan önce, Dr. Nimtsch, Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers için Vergi Danışmanı (Steuerberater) ve Yeminli Mali Müşavir (Wirtschaftsprüfer) olarak görev aldı. Munich Üniversitesi’nden iş ekonomisi derecesine sahiptir.
