Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström Aralık 2005’te Şirketin Denetim Kurulu üyesi oldu. 26 Eylül 2006 tarihinde IFCO Denetim Kurulu Başkanlığına seçildi. Bay Malmström önce dört (4) yıl için atandı ve 27 Mart 2009 tarihinde bir diğer dört (4) yıllık dönem için yeniden atandı. Tek kademeli kurul yapısına geçilmesiyle birlikte, Bay Malmström 25 Mayıs 2011 itibariyle Denetim Kurulu üyeliği görevinden istifa etti. Bay Malmström 26 Mayıs 2011’den itibaren dört (4) yıllığına Yönetim Kurulu’nun icra görevi olmayan üyesi ve Başkanı olarak atandı. Bay Malmström Kiel ve Freiburg (Almanya) üniversitelerinde Hukuk eğitimi görmüş olup hukuk doktorasına sahiptir. Bay Malmström avukat olarak çalışmaktadır. Bundan önce Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group ve VEBA AG’de çeşitli yöneticilik görevleri üstlenmiştir. Bay Malmström aynı zamanda şu şirketlerin Kurullarında üye olarak göre almaktadır: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Danışma Kurulu), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co.
